Michael D. Ostrolenk, President of Global Integral Solutions has his undergraduate degree in government from West Virginia Wesleyan College. His Masters Degree is in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology from John F. Kennedy University. He did post-graduate training in Somatic and Health Psychology. Michael is certified in Spiral Dynamics and Wade Mindsets and is a licensed psychotherapist (CA). Mr. Ostrolenk was formerly on the Board of Directors for the Health Medicine Forum and the Republican Liberty Caucus. He now serves on the Board of Citizens for Computer Choice and the Somatic Awareness Research and Education Corporation. He is also on the Board of Advisors for the Caribbean Institute for Human Rights and Sustainable Development. Michael is an Associate with the Integral Institute and the MAPping Alliance. Mr. Ostroloenk is also a co-founding partner of the Green Economic Movement Strategies (GEMS).

Mr. Carrasquero is a leading scholar and practitioner in the area of Leadership. Founder and CEO of LID Leadership for Integral Development, Mr. Carrasquero has been involved with Leadership Development and training since 1999. After attending the Mason Fellow Program at Harvard University, Mr. Carrasquero stayed in close relationship with the Center for Public Leadership at Harvard where he worked in close contact with Ronald Heifetz and Dean Williams with whom he participated in the teaching of PAL 101, Exercising Leadership and Mobilizing Group Resources at the Kennedy School of Government. Mr. Carrasquero serves as trainer and consultant to many clients in the US and LatinAmerica. He is the founder of the Center for Integral Development in Caracas, Venezuela and he serves in the board of CIC Cambridge International Consulting. He has pioneered the study of the boundaries between Leadership and Healing and in currently working of his book. The Healing Alchemy of Leadership Before devoting himself fully to leadership studies, Mr. Carrasquero spent over ten years in the world of Investment Banking having served as CEO of Esfincorp and as Representative of Salomon Brothers for Venezuela and the Caribbean. Mr. Carrasquero holds a Law Degree from Universidad CatŪlica AndrŽs Bello in Venezuela; a MA in Political Science from Universidad SimŪn Bolivar; an MBA from Stanford University (Fulbright Scholar) and an MPA from Harvard University (Mason Fellow).
