The complexity of modern reality presents us with the extreme challenge of taking full responsibility for ourselves without being able to turn away from the problematic realities of the groups in which we participate. In your family, in your company and in your community you are faced every day with tough realities that require change. Are you ready to see behind the noise of group chat and identify tough problematic realities? Do you know how to confront the group with such realities without getting put "out of action?" Can you become a true agent of deep change in your family, organization or community? And...furthermore can you benefit personally and engage in deep learning and healing while exercising leadership?
At the Integral Leadership Academy our intention is to train people to become agents of conscious change. Change for themselves, change for the social systems in which they participate in and ultimately, change for the world. Drawing from several theoretical frameworks like Complex System Theory, Don Beck´s Spiral Dynamics, Ronald Heifetz´s Adaptive Leadership Theory, Wilber´s AQAL Integral Philosophy, Bert Hellinger´s Family Constellation Theory and even Applied Jungian Concepts; Mr. Carrasquero and Mr. Ostrolenk have developed a unique and powerful Leadership model that explores the boundaries between leadership and healing. The program is based on the profound belief that the individual exercising leadership and the group in which they intend to lead, come into a powerful alchemical relationship. If exercised in full consciousness and having the right theoretical tools to use the group as a diagnostic and healing environment, it can bring about powerful adaptive learning and progress for both the group and the individual.
